Why make it difficult when it can be easier?

Experiences of a Qraia CRM System User VII

This time I wanted to talk about the importance of this particular system that makes it easy to use . Unfortunately, many people tend to think that the purchase of such a system is expensive and time-consuming and that it is therefore only interesting for large companies and organizations.

Yet that is a rather one-sided and unfounded image. Of course, there are complex and expensive systems where a complete team is responsible for the ins and outs, but there are also simple(r) systems such as Qraia’s , which is ideal for small(er) entrepreneurs, freelancers, and companies.

Use of basic functions

For example, as a self-employed person – like me – you can use some basic functions. Think especially of functions such as contacts, taking notes and drawing up a to-do list. You can make this as easy or difficult as you want, and that includes using tags to organize your data.

As mentioned, I myself am a user of the Qraia CRM system who, to be honest, is not yet (far) from using its full capabilities, but is thinking about expanding it. As is often the case, ignorance and/or lack of time can be causes for not using a system enough (or correctly), even if it is simple. But that should not and should not be an excuse.

Time is money

You make it unnecessarily difficult for yourself, so to speak, by not making full use of the possibilities of the system. Of course, that can be a conscious choice; After all, not everyone needs a comprehensive and sophisticated system to run their business properly. Still, I have to say that if you make (some) time for it, you can save (a lot of) time. And after all, ‘time is money’ is the adage.
So reasoning further, you could say that wise use of the CRM system can yield pure profit. Isn’t that a legitimate, logical and simple reason to get started with it? Aren’t the creation of revenue growth and thus potentially higher profits and better investment opportunities important motives for running your own business or business?

The simple and logical answer is: Yes. So basically, as a businessman/businesswoman, you can’t afford to say no to a system that is made to help you achieve goals like the ones described above. This is especially true in the case of the Qraia CRM system, which is also free if you only use (or need to) use the basic features.

Quality time

So, to come back to the title of this piece, why make it difficult when it can be easy. It is definitely worth trying the system and the first (time) savings are already in. You could say that the quality of the work can be improved with it, so a real win-win situation with the added bonus of more ‘quality time’.
