How to send a newsletter
Use Tags to select the contacts you want in your mailing. These will be exported to your mailing list. From there you can send them a simple, or an extensive newsletter, whatever you prefer.
Select the Tags for your newsletter.
You can combine two or more Tags.
Once you have one or more Tags selected, you click “Export to Brevo”.
A new list with the Tag name(S) + date is created.
Select
First select the Tags you want to export. Tags are used in Qraia CRM to organise your data. For example, you give everyone from your summer 2024 event the Tags “Event” & “Summer 2024”. This way, you can easily select this group for a follow up email. Or you can select everyone who has ever been to your events. Or, well, the sky is the limit.
Write
