Yet another new feature at Qraia CRM; you can now also easily create To Do's in the CRM. Create tasks, link them to your customers and keep Track of To Do lists of what you still have to do. It is now also possible and we will discuss here what the possibilities are.
Simple CRM for freelancers and the self-employed
From the beginning we were looking for a simple way to support freelancers and freelancers in their daily work. Track contacts, link emails, and create conversation summaries or other notes where the first steps to easily build relationshipsare in.
Now we've added to that the creation of Tasks and To Do's to easily keep track of what you need to do. Whether it's writing a report, calling a customer or sending an invoice, making sure you don't forget anything and do it on time makes a big difference. A shopping list is of course also allowed.
We have built in various options for sorting tasks, e.g. with lists, date and priority. You can also link To Do's to the contacts in the CRM, so that you not only have the history of emails and conversation reports (in the form of notes) but also what you still have to do for or with this customer.
